Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Populace Tee's. If you have changed your mind or are dissatisfied with a product, our straightforward return and refund policy is designed to provide you with confidence and peace of mind. We believe in fostering a positive customer experience, and our return process is hassle-free and customer-centric.
 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 7 days of the original delivery date.

 

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact our customer service team at aronna@populacetees.com to request a return authorization merchant number (RAM#).

 

2. Pack the merchandise securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include all paperwork. All products must be returned in good unused condition with all tags attached to ensure full credit.

 

3. Clearly write the return authorization number (RAM#) on the outside of the package and send it to the following address:

Please note the following:

- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

- We cannot accept COD deliveries.

- We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method for your return.

- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
